Locally Owned, Personally Managed
Fulton Management was founded by a local Brighton family and proudly manages two apartment communities: Christine Place Apartments and Michael Place Apartments, both locally owned and operated.
From the earliest stages of development, the owners were personally involved in every aspect of construction—from collaborating with architects and builders to selecting quality materials and finishes. Today, we manage our communities with that same commitment to quality, attention to detail, and resident satisfaction.
An Experienced On-site Team
Our experienced property manager and maintenance technician work on-site from the Christine Place Apartments clubhouse, conveniently serving both communities. Having worked together for many years and with Fulton Management since 2018, they know our properties inside and out and are dedicated to providing friendly, responsive service. They are available during regular business hours and for after-hours emergencies.
