Rental rates are the total amount due each month and there are no required fees. Rental rates do not include utilities, optional pet rent or late fees.
Utilities: All utilities are billed by 3rd party providers. Trash is an $8 flat fee and billed with water and sewage, which is based on tenant usage. Gas and electric are also metered and billed directly from Xcel Energy and United Power.
Pet deposit: $300, refundable

Applicant has the right to provide Fulton Management, LLC with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Fulton Management, LLC with a PTSR, Fulton Management, LLC is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Fulton Management, LLC to access or use the PTSR.
